Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: VEA

The Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF (VEA) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 3.5 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 3.2 million.  Shares of VEA were up about 0.8% on the day.
